We provide our support service to organisations who needs to administrate their GNU/Linux systems, both first installed by us or by third-party; in the latter case our initial "Xelera Technical Support - analysis" is needed.

"Xelera Technical Support" will provide you the answers you need to solve your system management problems.

Our tariffs are based on your organisation dimension and related IT infrastructure complexity:

  • OFFICE: single users, studios, companies and organisations with less than 20 users, using standard software configuration

  • SME: companies and organisations with 20 to 200 users, using standard software configuration

  • CORPORATE: companies and organisations with 201 to 500 users, using standard software configuration, or companies and organisations with complex software configuration (i.e. ISP)

Our services are available at three support level agreement:

  • Entry level for customers who already have a system administration department and needs a second tier level support

  • Primary level for customers who needs technical support on their non critical services

  • Advanced level for customers who need full technical support on their IT infrastructure, including monitoring of their systems
